The return and exchange conditions of the products purchased through İnceHost are tied to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.
Products that cannot be returned
The products that are not possible to be returned are listed below due to the fact that the service is started and / or cannot be resold to another consumer in the same quality and quantity after the return.
InceHost applies the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) business days following the final consumer request, provided that the above-defined return conditions are met for the products that are eligible for the return request described above.
For the product for which the return is requested, in addition to the product being made in line with the final consumer requests and / or the lean version of the product at the time of first sale, any kind of customization or actual intervention requested by the final consumer and / or any technical services that require expertise Technical support, cargo, bank commission and other operational costs declared by İnceHost, which cannot be refunded in cash as a result of its sudden execution, are deducted from the price collected at the time of sale of the service and / or product and returned to the right owner in cash. For whatever reason, it is not possible to refund the cash equivalent of free services or products or discounts earned from special and / or general campaigns.
Refund as shopping credit:
Allocation of the sales prices for the products or services requested to be refunded as purchasing credit to be used for re-purchasing the product or service, after deducting cargo and other third party actual costs, if any, sales paid for the product or service in favor of the final consumer without any further interruption. is carried out over the cost. It is not possible to recall and / or claim the amounts in the shopping loan accounts in cash by the final consumer.

Refund requests are made within 7 (seven) calendar days following the purchase;
It is carried out by sending an e-mail to [email protected] through the verified e-mail address of the İnceHost member account, which includes the details and where the end consumer uses the product and / or service. Any refund request made outside the relevant communication channel and without complying with the requirements in this article will not be processed.
Procedures regarding installment purchases, credit card campaigns and points usage, gift vouchers and third party discounts
Refunds are not possible and cannot be requested for any discount application, regardless of gift certificates or any kind. The bank commissions and the points used through credit card programs cannot be refunded. Applications related to credit cards may differ according to banks and financial institutions.
Procedure to be applied in transactions made in foreign currency
Regardless of the currency in which InceHost offers its products and services for sale, it will make transactions in the TRY (Turkish Lira) amount collected at the time of purchase in return transactions.
Refusal of return request
InceHost reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with the refund policies previously announced.
Withdrawal from refund request
The final consumer has the right to withdraw from the refund request until the return is made.
Dispute and right to appeal
Without prejudice to the right of objection by the end consumers, if there is a dispute in the InceHost return policies, the laws of the country where InceHost is located will be taken as basis and the legal sanctions will be administered by the courts established in this country.
These refund policies are binding between İnceHost and the individuals and / or institutions that are the ultimate consumer for its products and services, and anyone who purchases products or services through İnceHost is deemed to have accepted this declaration and its principles in advance.
